Our Timber MatchTM product is a lightly textured caulk, and is the most versatile product available for use in sealing log homes. Frequently called "The Chinkless Alternative", it is used to seal each log run, around doors and windows, in weather checks or on gabled ends. Given the beautiful character of the wood used on log homes, and the many discreet colors and textures that come' out of it when stained, Timber Match was formulated with a matte finish and color palette that blend with the, hues of the stain you select or to attain subtle accenting. Timber Match, unlike any other traditional caulk, is intended to provide a "mirage" effect and to not catch the eye and distract it from the beauty of the wood
Our Timber ChinkTM product is a textured material that creates the mortar like finish used in log homes for hundreds of years. Timber Chink is offered in the widest color palette available on the market today, and, like Timber Match, is based upon our exceptional experience in matching the demands of fine log homes with modern chemistry. Both Timber Match and Timber Chink are made of the highest quality acrylic latex materials and maintain their flexibility in a range of demanding weather conditions so that they will do their job for many years to come.
